When you refer a new guest for their first time, you’ll receive a regular-sized Shampure Shampoo and Conditioner as our thanks.

Cancellation Policy

We would appreciate 24-hour notice when cancelling your scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 24-hour’s notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No shows will be charged 100% of the service.

Refund Policy

Service discrepancies must be reported within two weeks of your service. Products may be returned if there is a negative reaction. No cash refunds.
